Least favorite Starbucks in the area. Both the guy taking our order and the young girl barista seemed distracted & not very accommodating. The Americano with 6 pumps of flavor & 1-inch steamed cream ended up being good, but I had to ask twice to get it right & barista did it with a snarl. Also was charged more than any other Starbucks for the same drink.

Of all the Starbucks in the St. Pete area this is the best...! Great staff....good patrons & a lot mof fun..! Parking is available across the street at the shopping cneter when the tiny lot fills up!

Was there late this morning, parking lot nearly full. Cozy interior with huge mural photos of Colombian coffee growers I assume. Three big plush stand-alone seats, plus padded seats and tables for the laptop folks. Drive-up window busy, yet I was immediately attended to and got my cup in about two minutes. Sat on one of the big seats for a long time, listening to mellow music unknown to me while sipping and admiring the wall photos. All the outdoor seating was full, perhaps they need more. Quite a pleasant place.

Great staff, nice facility, but the parking lot is small, and it fills up quickly. Add drive-thru traffic on top of that, and it can be difficult to navigate, especially before the first cup of coffee in the morning.

Tonight I tried to order my regular order of an Iced chai, nonfat. The customer service wasn't as it normally is during the morning. I repeated to the barista working three times, nonfat milk, and received an iced chai, with regular milk. I wasn't too happy with this after taking two sips I could tell it was wrong. The sticker receipt wasn't even on the cup like it normally is. I had to go to the Tyrone Blvd location to get a frappucino for my bf because the barista said the blender was broken. At this other location, they had much better customer service, and replaced my messed up order for no charge.

Starbucks is Starbucks. This store has been pretty decent. MAJOR problem - this location is too small. They parking lot constantly backs up and the drive thru blocks cars in their spots because it routes right through the parking lot. The drinks has always been really good coming out of this location though and the staff has always been really friendly. I hope maybe they expand this store or move it to a bigger location with a better design for a drive thru.

This Starbucks is staffed with lovely folks who provide quick service and a smile! And they're open until 10 pm, which is a big plus as well. And have you tried the Peppermint Brownie Cake Pop?!? So yummy, and a nice *wee* treat in this season of overabundant treats! The only bad thing? The parking lot is teensy and difficult to maneuver when there's a line for the drive through. It's too easy to get trapped.

This location is very clean, however, the coffee was not good. I typically visit Starbucks (other locations) at least once a day and I'm very familiar with the flavor of their Pike Place coffee. The coffee I purchased here was so weak I couldn't even drink it. It was just not good.

I was just there and ordered an iced coffee. I always use honey as a sweetener and asked that they add a little hot coffee to the honey while making my ice coffee so the honey mixes better with the cold coffee. Apparently this is a very difficult task because when I picked up my coffee there was a big clump of honey at the bottom. The girl at the window said they would remake it but was so rude, I was embarrassed for Starbucks. I received my coffee but it tastes rancid. I drink Starbucks 5-6x a week and order my coffee the same way every time so I know how it should taste. It's obvious they did something to my coffee, and they were all laughing while re-making it. What a shame. The people working at this place are a joke. Bad rep Starbucks.

Very rude service. Dani our cashier was quite deaf and probably should think about getting some kind of personality. Not to mention, the barista I was kindly informing that their vanilla shaker was empty snapped at me for telling her so. Makes sense that she is better off not wearing a name tag.

I feel like this Starbucks should not have a drive thru. It's pretty awkward the way it is set up and people sometimes cannot back out of parking spaces. The line gets very long and out into central ave many mornings. Everyone who works here is very friendly, however service is at times inconsistent. This is my neighborhood Starbucks. I visit every other day. I think it would be much better if it were set up similar to the 4th street and 9th ave location.

Great since it has a drive-thru. They took quite awhile to make my aunt's white chocolate mocha, but my drink came out quickly. The cashier was very nice though and we chatted while we waited so it wasn't too bad. I just love me some Starbucks.

This 'bucks sits between me and work so I'm there a lot. It's good, the people are friendly and they always get my order right. As the other reviewers mention the parking lot is small. It's not difficult getting in and out if you're using the drive through but if you're parking during peak times it could get interesting. Even though it's not the biggest in the area the do have bistro boxes. (not all of them do) So if you're looking for a little food with your coffee this is the place.
